Six Sentence Sunday...Provoke Me style, Part Six

Winners for all contests were announced in Saturday's post below!

Now to Six Sentence Sunday... In last week's scene, our intrepid hero, Spencer, was spotted at Kink by Kelly, his employee. Stuff ensues. ;)

Awareness hummed between them. His hooded gaze raked her bare, left her shivering and raw.

Exposed.

It was all too much. She’d come here to be with him when she couldn’t even face herself in this place. Kelly couldn’t take those few steps toward him, but she couldn’t turn away.

Six Sentence Sunday...Provoke Me style, Part Five

Winners for the Provoke Me release day contest and Skyrockets in Flight blog hop will be announced soon! Yeah, I know I've said that about six times already, but I promise to get the post up early this week.

Until then, here's the continuation from last week's scene, where our dashing hero Spencer has been spotted definitively at Kink by Kelly, his employee. He's a little taken aback to see her there, to say the least.

Glass exploded on the polished floor, the sound ricocheting like gunfire. Only the people closest to her noticed. Or at least that was what Kelly thought until her gaze connected with Spencer’s. He’d drawn back to stare at her as if he were seeing a ghost. Shock etched features that a moment ago had been taut with lust and those heavy-lidded, dark eyes burned into hers across the room.

Hey there, Spencer. Remember me?
