Six Sentence Sunday...Provoke Me style, Part Six

Winners for all contests were announced in Saturday's post below!

Now to Six Sentence Sunday... In last week's scene, our intrepid hero, Spencer, was spotted at Kink by Kelly, his employee. Stuff ensues. ;)

Awareness hummed between them. His hooded gaze raked her bare, left her shivering and raw.

Exposed.

It was all too much. She’d come here to be with him when she couldn’t even face herself in this place. Kelly couldn’t take those few steps toward him, but she couldn’t turn away.

Provoke Me's blurb, excerpt and buy link are HERE.

Got her stuck to her place. I want to know what happens next. The "stuff ensues" part.

What's a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?? Sounds like Kelly is going to have to answer that question, and soon. Good six sentences with lots of tension.

I like how much you reveal about Kelly with the line "She’d come here to be with him when she couldn’t even face herself in this place." Great six!

Like that last sentence--full of tension. Someone's warring between competing needs and desires!
