What kind of writer are YOU?

Since I've yet to start following my own blogging schedule, I thought this was a fun quiz for the writers among us. This result actually surprised me, since I'm not the biggest fan of movies. Not that I don't like them, but it's hard for me to sit still for two hours. Millions of people watching my stories onscreen sounds pretty good, though, all in all. ;)

You Should Be a Film Writer

You don't just create compelling stories, you see them as clearly as a movie in your mind.

You have a knack for details and dialogue. You can really make a character come to life.

Chances are, you enjoy creating all types of stories. The joy is in the storytelling.

And nothing would please you more than millions of people seeing your story on the big screen!

Hi Cari!

This is an interesting little test! I bet you can guess how mine turned out since I'm a sci-fi nut! LOL

You Should Be a Science Fiction Writer

Your ideas are very strange, and people often wonder what planet you're from.
And while you may have some problems being "normal," you'll have no problems writing sci-fi.
Whether it's epic films, important novels, or vivid comics...
Your own little universe could leave an important mark on the world!

FYI... I actually wrote a few screenplays while at UCLA. Strange isn't it?

Hi Cari

This is my first time here and what an interesting introduction to go with it.
Thanks for the enlightenment. Now if only the talent would show its face and soon

You Should Be a Romance Novelist

You see the world as it should be, and this goes double for all matters of the heart.
You can find the romance in any situation, and you would make a talented romance story writer...
And while you may be a traditional romantic, you're just as likely to be drawn to quirky or dark love stories.
As long as it deals with infatuation, heartbreak, and soulmates - you could write it.

Here's a shocker -- I should be a romance novelist. I won't repeat what it said since it's the same as April's comment ;). (waving to April)

Good thing I'm writing what I was meant to write! Fun little test, Cari.

And hi, Kaye, it's great to see you at Cari's blog!

Kaye, I'm so glad you returned. April, welcome and I hope you'll come by again. And Helen, thanks for stopping by. :)

I think it's pretty funny that though we all write romance, only two of us got that answer. Kaye's makes sense because of her interests, so as usual, I'm the only oddball. LOL But as Helen can attest to, I'm still looking for my niche. ;)

It was great to see all your results!

I'm a Joke Writer! Fitting huh?

Actually yours is pretty on point, really. Quick dialogue, well rounded scenes with flashes of imagery. ;)
